The LSFO Project – Let’s salvage from oblivion (2018-1-PL01-KA229-051216_1) ended with a compilation of recipes of the most traditional dishes from Portugal, Poland and Bulgaria. In this project about the importance of protecting cultural heritage, a recipe book will be one of the results of this project that can be consulted all over the world. Let’s not forget our cultural heritage!
