Cutters is not an ordinary hair salon. It has a unique concept based on three factors: Efficiency, Quality and a Fixed price, regardless of gender or hair length. A Cutters is a fast growing company, established by Andreas Kamøy and Kristian Solheim in 2015, and has over 122 hair salons in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
The main motto is: cut hair, cut on time and cut on cost. They don’t offer services like hair washing, colouring or striping, they focus on professional and reasonably priced haircuts.
THEY OFFER
With respect to salary conditions, Cutter adjusts salaries according to the level of experience of the professional, with a minimum of NOK 175 per hour or EUR 17.05 per hour. In addition, there are commissions for the sale of products.
The daily schedule/shift will be 6h, however you may work longer hours up to a maximum of 40h per week. Shifts are organised between Monday and Saturday.
In addition to these conditions Cutter offers: the Flight and hotel, Training in their Academy and Accommodation for the first months.
